St. George Events
We are building a list of all the St. George’s Day events that will take place throughout England this year. Parades, family activities and other things to do will all be listed here. Please support these events so they become an annual celebration.

Details: The famous Spring Into St. George’s Day event returns this year to Telford Town Park on Sunday, April 21.
The event will be the first in the 2024 event programme for Telford & Wrekin Council.
There will be a welcome return from the Knights of Nottingham, who will once again showcase their jousting skills and entertain the crowds with jousting tournaments. Also appearing on the day will be Roar Martial Arts, stage shows from Animal Guyz and Exotic Zoo, model boats on the lake and the usual host of entertaining walkabouts – look out for the new Herdwick sheep!
Join us for a day of free family fun from 11am to 4pm. We've got something for everyone, from axe throwing and archery to circus skills. Enjoy a variety of food and drink vendors, and explore the marquee where local organisations and businesses will be showcasing their goods and offering have-a-go activities. Don't forget to say hello to the alpacas and keep an eye out for the dragon!
